Privacy statement
Last updated: August 2026
Elevation 6 Pty Ltd respects your privacy. This statement explains what we do with personal information collected through elevation6.com.
What we collect
If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name and message you provide.
Our hosting provider automatically logs technical information about visits, including IP address, browser type and pages requested. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit through the contact form to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss how we might work together. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
We use the following service providers to operate the site and receive enquiries:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and provides security services.
- Web3Forms processes contact form submissions and forwards them to us.
- Google LLC provides our email through Google Workspace.
These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We select providers we consider reputable, but we cannot control their operations.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business dealings, and then delete it. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are delivered to a mailbox protected by multi-factor authentication. No system is completely secure, but we apply the same standards to our own information that we advise clients to apply to theirs.
Access and correction
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the form and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this statement. The current version is always at elevation6.com/privacy, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
