Bio
Leonard is a cyber risk and strategy professional with a background in risk quantification, education, and extensive experience across regulated sectors including Financial Services, Critical Infrastructure, and Government. He started out at Westnet, spent several years teaching, then moved into cyber risk consulting at PwC and Ethan, one of Australia's largest IT managed service providers. A Melbourne FAIR Chapter Committee member who organises industry events on cyber risk quantification, he founded Elevation 6 in 2026.
Off the clock, he trains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, plays the drums (will talk about paradiddles until asked to stop), and can be found at the bottom tables of competitive Magic: The Gathering tournaments.
